Shipping

Once we receive the inventory, we will package the items individually. Each customer will receive an email confirming the order has been shipped along with the tracking number. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive a confirmation email. All products are ready to ship unless marked "(pre-order)."

How do Pre-Orders work?

For all pre-orders, please allow up to three to four weeks to receive shipping updates. Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking number. Depending on the customer's location, shipping takes 3-7 days.

Sizing

Our clothing sizes range from XS to XL. Please refer to our sizing chart for accurate measurements. If you have further questions or need recommendations for your size, please email us at shopcelesque@gmail.com or send us a direct message on Instagram @shopcelesque_.

Refunds and Returns

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds at this time. However, if the item you received is damaged, used, or not in the condition advertised, please follow the instructions below:

  1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  2. To start a return, contact us at shopcelesque@gmail.com with the reason for the return and the information mentioned above.

  3. We will review your request and, if accepted, will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

  • Returns are not permitted if the item is not in the same condition as received.
  • Returns are not allowed if the item is not defective or damaged.
  • Items sent back without following the return process will not be accepted.

Cancellations for Pre-orders

  • During the pre-order period, if you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at shopcelesque@gmail.com.
  • Once the inventory arrives and the shipping label is created, the order cannot be canceled.

Exchange for Pre-orders

  • If you wish to change your size during the pre-order stage, we will try our best to accommodate your request. However, this does not guarantee an exchange.

Shipping Provider

  • We are not responsible for shipping issues related to the carrier.

Once a Refund is Accepted

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at shopcelesque@gmail.com.
